This Product Questions Answers extension allows listing the question and answers on the product page. The question can be asked from the product page and can be added from the admin panel. Whereas the user can give the reply to each question from the respective product pages. Admin can also add the answer. Admin can edit the question, approve or disapprove the question and assign the products to questions.
Admin can edit the self-written answer, approve or disapprove the answer from question edit and also from answer edit.
Logged in customer, can also like/dislike the answer. And this activity will be listed in the admin panel in the “Activity Log” section where admin can check the likes/dislikes of products.
There is a section in the customer panel where all questions and answers get listed that have been asked or replied by that respective customer.
